Your perfect dog friendly Guesthouse
This cosy, dog-friendly unit offers two or three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. Guests pets can relax in the secure, fenced front and back yards, making it an ideal retreat for families, couples, workers, and their pets.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. A gas barbecue is available and upon request gas will be supplied. For bookings of up to four guests, access is provided to two bedrooms. The third bedroom is automatically opened for bookings of five or six guests or can be made available upon request.
We welcome families, tradespeople, and guests travelling with one or two dogs. If you plan to bring more than two dogs, please contact us to discuss your requirements. JoY's Guesthouse is located on our property but is separated from our home by a fence, ensuring privacy for both guests and hosts. If we're home when you arrive, we'll be happy to welcome you personally; otherwise, we're always available via text message should you need assistance during your stay.

Budburst Festival is held each November: Budburst is held across multiple cellar doors in the region. Meet the winemaker, enjoy local food and entertainment, plus have a grand adventure winding your way along scenic backcountry roads. You can
even book tickets to board the hop-on-hop-off Budburst Hoppa Bus to visit multiple cellar doors without having to drive.
Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival:
This Festival is all about wholesome, good ol’ fashioned country fun. The festival program features everything from One Act Plays, Open Gardens, a Spring Flower Show, Antique Fair, Art, Craft and Photography Exhibitions, Dog Dash and a town Scarecrow Competition. The festival is held over 11 days in early September and ends with a grand parade down the main street of town.
Bolobek Garden Fair:
With some 40 specialist and unique stall holders, this iconic event is hosted in the historic garden estate of Bolobek each October.
Woodend Winter Arts Festival:
It showcases the very best of classical music from Australia and internationally, along with a lively literary and visual arts program.
