Romsey is a quiet rural town. There are nice restaurants and food take-out and delivery shops. IGA is a 10 minutes walk. Parking is on the property, plenty of space at the front of the cottage, the garage is not accessible for the guests. There is limited public transport available, the closest train station is Clarkfield railway station, and there is a bus service. The Sunbury train goes to Melbourne Southern Cross and Flinders Street station.
GENERAL RULES
- - No party or event allowed
- - Must keep noise at minimum to avoid disturbing neighbour especially after 9 PM
- - No smoking allowed in the property, there is an ash tray outside on the verandah
- - Please do general cleaning and dispose rubbish before check out to avoid extra cleaning charge
- - Check out time is strictly at 11AM, any late late check out will incur late check fee of A$30.00 per hour
- - Please return all keys as the instruction required otherwise if any key missing, stolen or damaged, reapplication fee of A$100.00 or more will be charged depending on the situation and cost
PET RULES
- - Clean up after your pet, inside and outside. (We supply bags in the laundry cupboard)
- - Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture at all times.
- - NO pets in the bedrooms to avoid extra cleaning of the carpets.
- - Do not leave your pet unattended inside or outside the house at any time.
- - If your pet sheds please vacuum and wipe down surfaces as required.
- - These rules help us maintain a clean property for all to enjoy.
- - If we notice a breach of these pet rules extra cleaning costs of $100.00 will be charged.
